1. We aim to deliver in stock items within 3-5 working days. If an item is not in stock we will let you know how long until delivery.

2. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately. Our items are couriered to you via a third party. If an item arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours.

3. We will accept returns if items are returned to us in mint condition within 7 days of delivery.

4. We have opened up shipping to South Africa. However, our prices reflect shipping to Gauteng and the main centres only. Any other destinations in South Africa will incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you to confirm.
