A: We are located in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa, and proudly serve pet families throughout the region.

A: Yes! Dr. Lo-An Odayar, our veterinary ophthalmologist, provides advanced eye care across Gauteng. Clients often travel from other provinces to see her.
Q: Do you work with horses or wildlife?
A: Yes, Dr. Lo-An provides ophthalmology services for dogs, cats, horses, and wildlife.
Behaviour & Training
Q: Do you offer behaviour consultations?
A: Yes. Sascha Odayar, our certified animal behaviourist, offers both in-person consultations in Centurion and surrounding areas and online sessions for clients across South Africa and internationally.
Q: What kind of behaviour issues do you help with?
A: We work with common issues like reactivity, anxiety, impulse control, and training support for puppies, rescues, and adult dogs. As well as cats.
Q: Do you offer trick training or scent work?
A: Yes! Sascha offers fun, force-free training in trick work and scent work, tailored to each dog's needs and confidence level.

Q: Do you sell pet products?
A: Yes, we offer a curated range of vet-recommended products for wellness, enrichment, training, and recovery — available in-store and online.
Q: Do you ship across South Africa?
A: We do! Nationwide shipping is available via our online store. Delivery times vary by region.
Q: Can I collect my order in person?
A: Yes. Local pickup can be arranged in Centurion – just select the option at checkout and give us a call to arrange collection.

Q: How do I book a consultation or appointment?
A: You can contact us here or WhatsApp to arrange a consult with either Sascha or Dr. Lo-An.
Q: Do you accept card payments?
A: Yes, we accept card payments.
Q: Do I need a referral to see the ophthalmologist?
A: Referrals are welcome, but not essential. You can contact us directly to schedule an appointment.
